Teddy Weahkee Zuni Carved Animal Fetish
Hand carved Zuni stone wolf with a red coloring applied, 1 1/2" tall by 4" long.
Hand wrapped with darkened hide, medicine bundle of abalone shells, beads of turquoise and white shell and heishe.
Attributed to Teddy Weahkee, 1890s to 1965, by style of carving and bundle.
Very minor abrasion as pictured, no chips cracks or repairs.
