Antique Tohono O'Odham Pottery Canteen. Double Design

Hand coiled native clay, stone burnished red slip, mesquite sap paint, pit fired.

One side features a stick figure horse, with two lizards on the reverse.

7 1/2" by 7" by 4", with the museum mount stand it is 9".

Excellent original condition with cordage intact.

Circa early 20th Century.
