Andrew Emerson Quam 3 Strand Birds Necklace

66 hand carved spread wing birds of red abalone shell, one white shell ( upside down) and one jet.

All birds in excellent condition!

24" total length with olivella shell heishi, silver cones , hook and eye closure.

My friend received this for her 16th birthday in 1966, she has always been told this was a Leekya, but sadly not.

We have documentation of EA Quam's birds carved in the 1970s.
