Red Hopi pottery canteen by Nampeyo of Hano, 1859-1942.
Hand built with native clay, stone burnished slip, organic paint, pit fired.
Acquired in 1920 with buff bowl and red jar. Custom made stand included.
8 1/2" tall by 8 1/4" diameter, 3 3/4" deep.
Very good condition, minor crack and repair on the spout.
