Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your online shopping experience is similar to walking through our gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. All prices are the same in both venues. We strive to answer all your questions prior to purchase and will stand behind each sale with full refund if you are not satisfied! Alston and Deborah Neal guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item as stated in the description. Our goal is your satisfaction with every purchase. We are proud members of ATADA, Antique Tribal Art Dealers Association and abide by the high standards they set. Returns will be accepted after phone arrangements have been made, with the buyer paying all return costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. We strive to create long term relationships with all our collectors! We accept Paypal, personal checks and all major credit cards.
