Red abalone shell birds are carved at Kewa, Santo Domingo Pueblo.

24 birds are 1 1/4" wide, and the center bird is 2 1/2" tall by 1 1/4" wide.

Pretty red shell on one side, brownish tan on the other.

28" of hand made heishi.
