Buff pottery bowl with painted feathers by Blue Corn, Crucita Calabaza, of San Ildefonso Pueblo.

Known for her lustrous black pottery, she also worked in red and buff.

Traditionally hand built with native clay, stone burnished buff slip, buff slip painted feathers and pit fired.

Standing 3 1/2" tall by 7 3/4" diameter, signed.

From the 1970s, two drying cracks across from each other, are stable.

Minor handling wear.
