Traditionally hand made just like a full size olla, stone burnished to a high shine then delicately sgrafitto carved.
Pit fired to black, then re-fired to get the sienna at the opening.
The Avanyu encircles the upper shoulder, with a descending panel of fine design, and a delicate element around the base.
Standing only 2 1/16" tall, 1 5/8" diameter.
