 Product Description

A mama and  girl monkey are sold as a pair.

Vintage Mexican folk art, the Oaxacan Monkey bottle was originally made to hold mezcal.

Chango Mezcalero is the name of this charming figure made of gray Oaxacan clay.

Painted with pretty flowered dresses these monkeys are in fine original condition.

Date ranges from late 1930s to 1950s.

Mama is 8" tall and holds a baby monkey, while the girl is 5 1/2" tall and holds a red bowl, they have a solid base and a hole for drinking.

It is the Year of the Monkey!
